Meditation

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
Meditation can be used with the aim of reducing stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, and increasing peace, perception, self-concept, and well-being.
The gift of learning to meditate is the greatest gift you can give yourself in this lifetime.
Meditation helps you for nourishing and blossoming the divinity within you. Meditation is the dissolution of thoughts in Eternal awareness or Pure consciousness without objectification, knowing without thinking, merging finitude in infinity. Your mind is like water. When it’s turbulent, it’s difficult to see. When it’s calm, everything becomes clear.
Have good thoughts which will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely. Meditation is like having a charger for your whole body and mind.
