Terms and Conditions

SCOPE – SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
Our terms and conditions apply to the participation in all services offered by Vimala Yoga (courses, events, individual lessons and all other offers) – hereinafter referred to collectively as courses – in accordance with the contract concluded between us and the participant.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The contract is concluded upon registration of the participant (via registration form, email, by telephone or in person) and written confirmation by Vimala Yoga (via email). Registrations are always considered in the order in which they are received. If a registration cannot be considered, this will be communicated as soon as possible.

FEES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The participant is obliged to pay the course fee before the start of a course. The fee is due on the date stated in the registration confirmation. If the registration is received less than 7 days before the event, the amount is due immediately.

CANCELLATION
For the cancellation in participation in courses and events following rules are applicable;
Fees apply for cancellations: Up to 4 weeks before the start of the event, the processing fee is 10%.
Up to 2 weeks before the start of the event, the processing fee is 25%.
Up to one week before the start of the event, the processing fee is 50%.
Up to 2 days before the start of the event, the processing fee is 75%.
After that, the course fee is no longer refundable. In the event of a no-show, the agreed fee is due in full.
